Pilates Strength
Pilates (pronounced puh-lah-teez) this class uses light hand held weights. Resistance is combined with pilates movements to provide benefits of toning and core strength.  Pilates emphasizes your body’s core - the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on.  This combo class is focused on increasing  strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, core strength, and good posture.
 May bring your own mat

Stretch Flow
This class combines static and fluid stretches. Focused on improving flexibility, balance, core strength, and coordination.   This is for all fitness levels. **It is recomended to bring your own mat.  We have a limited number of mats for use.

This class uses dumbbells & a toning stick to give you the ultimate full body work. A high calorie burn & total body toning class, that increase your strength & improve your endurance!

A Fun, Sexy, & Great Workout!  **WOMEN ONLY**
This class is sure to tone, increase flexibility & bring out your sexy side.  Props may be used during class: chairs, boa,  or no prop. Wear comfortable workout clothes; may be done barefoot or with tennis. No experience required. **must be 16 years old or older ***Women only class

 FXFIT Cardio Kickbox

FXFIT Cardio Kickbox uses the FXFIT Interval formula, as well as the FXFIT tone stick. This is a non contact Full body workout. The class combines punches & kicks to get your heart pumping; and uses the FXFIT tone stick to perform moves such as blocks & strikes for toning. This is for all fitness levels. Get ready to kick your burn in to high gear!
Bring water & small towel
 FX Circuit
Total body workout. The class is 55 mins and uses a variety of equipment. There are 8-12 stations; stations are timed and involve varies exerises. The class moves through each station untill all stations are completed.

All classes last 55 minutes unless indicated. Classes are formatted for participants from beginners to advance levels of fitness.

Ok, so you love your children. 

You love their free-spirit, you love their curiosity, and you definitely love to hear their laughter echoing through a room.  

But….just not at Fitness Xone please. We do not offer childcare at our facility.
